About Short’s
Lakehouse Cabins
A Gathering Place
Short’s Lakehouse started as a place where Erin and Jesse Short could gather with family and friends at the lake, created out of the love for the great outdoors and passion for the great state of Montana.
Short’s Lakehouse is a place to gather, celebrate, and spend time together at the lake.
We have expanded to include more on-site lodging and camp sites and RV hook-ups on the property. This makes it a great venue for weddings, retreats, and other gatherings.

The Lakehouse Experience
Life at Short’s Lakehouse is about more than just the event itself. It is about spending the weekend together outdoors at the lake. Quiet mornings by the water, evenings with family and friends, time around the fire, and outdoor celebrations all become part of the experience.
With the outdoor venue, the cabin, and the apartment all on the same property, guests can stay together, celebrate together, and enjoy the weekend without leaving the lake.
