Event season on Middle Thompson Lake is roughly from May until late September.
We offer 15% off the price off all packages if your event is booked at least six months in advance or more!
Basic 1-Day Package
This venue has been created for guests to self service their own events. The standard event is day use of the outdoor venue, from 9 AM until 9 PM on the day of your event, and this includes setup and tear down time.

Basic Package Details
One-day event space rentalVenue Fee: $6,000 per event
Accommodates approximately 50 guests
What is included in basic package:• Use of indoor heated shop, 672 square feet
• 2 roll up front doors
• Has electricity and heat
• Great space to use for staging area and catering space
• Full kitchen with all the amenities (fridge, dishwasher, stove, etc.)
• One indoor bathroom and two outhouses with hand washing station
• Dressing area
• 8 round and 6 rectangle tables with basic white linens
• 50–65 white folding chairs
• Lakeside gazebo and benches that can be set up for stadium seating for 50–65 people
• Picnic tables
• Fire pits
• Speaker and microphone
Overnight Packages
Standard Package
Includes Overnight Lodging
50 person event capacity
Self Service
Includes: Everything in the basic package PLUS use of the Shop Apartment and the following extras.
Lodging:
• Shop Apartment — lodging capacity: 2–4
• RV — full hookups for two RVs (can accommodate up to 6–10 additional people for overnight lodging)
• Tent camping — allowed
Cost: $6,000.00 event fee plus $550.00 per day for overnight lodging
Premium Package
Includes Overnight Lodging
65 person event capacity
Self Service
Includes:Everything in the basic package PLUS overnight use of the Shop Apartment & Lakehouse Cabin, giving you private use of the entire property.
Lodging:• Cabin lodging capacity 5-10
• Shop Apartment lodging capacity 2-4
• RV – full hookups for two RV’s which can accommodate up to 6-10 additional people for overnight lodging
• Tent camping allowed
Cost: $6,000.00 event fee plus $1,550.00 per day for overnight lodging
